This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how 4M Analytics (“4M”, “Company”, “we” or “us”) treats information that it collects or receives from you (“Users” or “you”) through the Company's website (https://www.4manalytics.com), and any other website operated by the Company) (the “Website").
Alongside the Company’s Website Terms of Use available at https://www.4manalytics.com/website-terms-of-use (the “4M Website ToU", or the “Terms”), this Privacy Policy governs your use of the Website. By clicking that you accept the terms and/or by accessing, using or subscribing to any of the Company’s Website, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. In case you are entering into this agreement on behalf of another legal entity, such other legal entity shall be considered as the User, and you represent that you have the power and authority to agree to this Privacy Policy on behalf of such entity. This Privacy Policy shall come to effect upon the earlier of the acceptance of the terms by the User or Users’ use of, or access to the Website (the “Effective Date”).
Capitalized terms which are not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms.
1. No Legal Obligation to Provide Information
For avoidance of doubt, you are not legally obligated to use the Website provided by the Company, or to disclose any information whatsoever to the Company in connection with such use. However, if you choose to use the Website, or any other application or other website provided by the Company, in certain instances, provision of certain information (including as necessary for such purposes, Personal Information as defined hereunder) may be a pre-requisite for such use/receipt of certain features of the Website.
2. What Information We Collect about you?
We collect two types of data and information about our Users:
2.1. The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personally Identifiable Information” or “Non-PII”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the Non-PII. Non-PII is any unconcealed information which does not enable identification of an individual User, and which is available to us while such User is entering into and/or using the Service. Non-PII which is being collected consists of technical information, device information and general information pertaining to your activity information in our Website. This information includes: type and version of the device you use or from which you access the Website, type and version of your operating system and carrier (where in mobile), type and version of your browser (via your user agent parameters), keyboard language, screen resolution, User’s clicks or searches on the Website and referral URL (i.e., the website from which you arrive to our Website).
2.2. The second type of information is individually identifiable information (“Personal Information”). This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature. Visitors of the Website automatically provide their IP address and/or advertiser identifier (when available on a mobile device) mainly for enhancing the User’s experience and for geo-location and security purposes as further detailed below. Additionally, we may use User’s IP addresses over time for anti-fraud detection and prevention. You may also choose to provide us, via the Website, Personal Information, including your full name, location, email address, telephone number, position or title, the type of work you engage in, the name of the entity you represent and additional information which may allow for the identification of an individual you provide to us, in order for us to be able to contact you and give you further information about our Website. In addition, we may collect your Candidates Information (as defined below) which may include Personal Information. Additional information may be requested from time to time upon the then-current need.
For avoidance of doubt, any Non-PII connected or linked to any Personal Information is deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection or linkage exists or possible. It should also be clarified that a User is not legally obligated to use the Website, or to disclose any information whatsoever to 4M.
3. How Do We Collect Information?
3.1. We collect information which provided by you. We collect Personal Information when you submit your message through the ‘contact us’ form, when you request to schedule a demo via the Website, or when you attend a marketing event and provide us with your Personal Information during such events via our devices or via our Website, or when applying to work with us via the Website or via certain third party Website. We may gather, collect and store the Personal Information either independently or through the help of our authorized third-party service providers, after we ensure that they meet industry security standards.
3.2. Information we automatically collect. We may also automatically collect certain technical data that is sent to us from the computer, mobile device and/or browser through which you access the Website. This may include, without limitation, a unique identifier associated with your access device and/or browser (including, for example, your IP address), characteristics about your access device and/or browser, statistics on your activities on the Website and/or the Application, information about how you came to the Website and/or the Application and data collected through cookies, web beacons, flash cookies, and other similar technologies.

4. For What Purposes We Collect Information?
4.1. Non-PII is collected for the following purposes: we need such information to be able to tackle and resolve bugs, errors and other issues that may arise from time to time, and we want to better understand our visitors, so we can constantly improve our Website and make them relevant. We extract statistics and aggregations from the information, to allow better research over time, improve the quality of the Service by formulating, customizing and enhancing the experience and design of the Website and/or the Application.
4.2. Personal Information is collected in order to: allow us to contact you or any prospective visitors/potential customers with proposals and tailored information regarding the Website, as well as to determine general geo-location information (i.e., country and region) from which the User’s computer is connected to the Internet in order for us to know the general location of our Users, allow us to contact you when you contact us (e.g., customer support, need help, submit a request), to allow us to consider applicants that apply to work for us as further detailed in section 13 hereunder, as well as in order to safeguard our Website.

4M may share your Personal Information to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it, subject to applicable law, as follows:

We may share your Personal Information with our contractors and service providers who process Personal Information on behalf of us to perform certain business-related functions. These companies may include our marketing agencies, sales and customer support platforms (e.g., Outreach, Intercom), database service providers, backup and disaster recovery service providers, email service providers, and others. When we engage such service providers to perform such functions, we may provide them with information, including Personal Information, in connection with their performance of such functions.

5.4 Recruitment purposes. We may share your Personal Information with third parties (e.g., LinkedIn, Comeet) in order to manage the recruitment process.
5.5. With your consent. We may share your Personal Information with third parties when we have obtained your consent to do so.
5.6. Aggregated or de-identified data. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information for any purpose. Once Personal Information is in an aggregated form, for purposes of this Privacy Policy, it becomes Non-Personal Data.
6. Your Choices
Where it is in accordance with your marketing preferences or when you contact us to receive support with respect to your use of, or access to our Website, 4M may send you electronic communications to facilitate your support request and for purposes of marketing or advertising the Website themselves, events, products or Website on the Website, and/or third-party products or Website that may be of interest to you. You may also email us at info@4m-a.com. Certain electronic communications from 4M are responsive to your requests. Notwithstanding any unsubscribe election that you have made, you may still receive transactional or responsive emails. You can only stop receiving these types of communications by contacting us at info@4m-a.com. It may take up to forty-eight (48) hours for us to process an unsubscribe request. Even after you opt out of all electronic communications, we will retain your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy; however, we will no longer use it to contact you.
7. Retention of the Personal Information
Please note that unless you instruct us otherwise, we may retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably required for the purposes for which such Personal Information was collected, including without limitation, for future analytics and analysis, in order to comply with our legal or business requirements or obligations and to resolve disputes or to enforce our Terms, all as permitted under any applicable privacy laws. Aggregated and/or anonymous information derived from your use of the Website may remain on our servers indefinitely.

We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of our Website and Personal information and prevent unauthorized access to it or use thereof through generally accepted industry standard technologies and internal procedures. 13. Job Candidates
4M welcomes all qualified candidates to apply to any of the open positions posted on our website, Facebook, LinkedIn, by sending us their contact details and CV (“Candidates Information”) which may include your Phone Number, LinkedIn profile, personal website, your CV and other information you choose to share with us when applying. We are committed to keep Candidates’ Information private and use it solely for our internal recruitment purposes (including for identifying candidates, evaluating their applications, making hiring and employment decisions, and contacting candidates by phone or in writing).
Please note that the Company may retain Candidates Information submitted to it even after the applied position has been filled or closed. This is done so we could re-consider candidates for other positions and opportunities at the Company; so we could use their Candidates Information as reference for future applications submitted by them; and in case the candidate is hired, for additional employment and business purposes related to their work.
