We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Data Partnership Director who will play a pivotal role in our business development team and dovetail with our data department as well as external data partners.

This position reports to the Head of Business Development.

Your Mission

As our Data Partnerships Manager, you will grow our network of data partners in the construction ecosystem and expand our partnership program.

Responsibilities

Joining our team at a key moment to accelerate our go-to-market strategy
Pioneering a new approach to data in utilities, engineering, and construction
Implementing a partnership structure and a framework to manage our portfolio of data suppliers
Researching, pitching, and negotiating with potential data suppliers to establish short- or long-term partnerships
Adapting different models of data sharing and acquisition for different sectors, scales, regulations, and incentives (contractors, utility owners, project owners, government agencies, etc.)
Thinking laterally to identify targets for proactive data acquisition to serve GTM
Using client demand, logistical possibilities, aggregate costs, and analytics to prioritize data targets
Exploring the business potentials of data mapping at scale for the first time in this industry

Requirements

Professional experience in business development and data analytics
Broad skill set spanning sales, research, data analytics, project management
Curiosity and ability to learn quickly in a multi-disciplinary role
Passion for GTM based on strategy, creativity, and analysis
Capacity to thrive in multi-disciplinary teams and adapt to changing targets
Talent for communicating, negotiating and building partnerships
Basic understanding of geodata/GIS
Experience in contech/construction industry (preferred)
